Storm is coming today, I hate to work during a rainy day

From the weather forecast, a thunderstorm is coming tonight, and there is 80% precipitation of big rain. Today is Easter, and I still have to work because one person is out of town, and I have to fill in for her. Quite a dilemma for me; I don't like to work at a rainy day, but I still need that money since I might have to use some money very soon to replace the water pump and timing belt for my car. Anyway, I just have to drive carefully on the slippery road, and try to finish it up early so I can get home early too.

Sorry, even you are at work in Easter day. This is so materialist that we have no other choice. We need to sacrifice our relax to meet emergency expenditure.

I am sorry that you have to work on Easter of all days instead of being at home with family. I hope that you can make extra money so you can get the car fixed soon because I know you need the car to get from place to place. I know I am trying to find a job so I can make extra money to help with bills because our tax return check was not quite as big as we thought it was and we need the money to go up to Idaho to see Randy's family (he has his class reunion and also he has two aunts who will be 88 and 89 years old this year) that we really want to see. I hope you are not overworking because you do need rest also.

Awww, sorry to hear that you have to work on Easter. But you're right, bills to pay is enough motivation to go to work. Like you, I also don't like to be out and about when the rains are heavy, moreso if there is a thunderstorm. We just had one here last Friday. Thank goodness that yesterday and today, the weather has been warm enough.

That is a shame that you have to work on Easter Sunday. I thought most everyone was off on Easter Sunday. It is gloomy and rainy weather here too in Puerto Rico. I'm so surprised that the sun is not shining today. Anyway, I'm so sorry that you have to work and that its going to rain. Just drive carefully and do your job and get home safe and sound and enjoy the rest of your day doing what you love to do whatever that may be. Happy and Blessed Easter!
