Is Slimming Pills effective?is it safe?

I'm thinking of much easier way to weight loss and some are refering to slimming pills, but I am afraid to try it. Some have side effects. Do you prefer this way?do you believe in the magic of this products?is it really true?

If your profile picture is really your own, why bother to get slimmer? You look nice there. Just saying
