I don't remember the song that I have dreamed of

In my dream, I was walking on the street playing out loud a song with my tablet with me. I know it's some familiar song I usually hear on the radio. All I remember is it's an English song from USA. I did like the song. Anyway upon waking I have found out that they are listening to the radio that's why I have dreamed and heard the song while I was sleeping which usually happens to me when I hear some music or noise while I'm sleeping.

Upon reading your post, I remember a Korean drama series I've seen few weeks ago. I believe it is currently being aired at a local channel here in my country. The guy here had a heart surgery 10 years ago. While the doctor was doing the operation, the doctor played a song of a famous girl group during those times. It ends up that whenever the song was played and he hears it, his heartbeat started to rise as if there is something with the song he just can't remember. But later on found out that he heard the song while he was sleeping and being operated 10 years ago.
Well, I have experience having dreams in the past but can't remember what I have dreamed of when I wake up. It is kind of hard especially if it is about a song that even you try your best to remember, you can't just remember the lyrics.
