Discover Card launches its own online bank

If you are on the same boat as mine, you might find those giant banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Chase taking full advantage of their customers by charging them monthly service fee, or maintenance fee, however they come up a comfortable excuse to rip us off, if we don't meet their conditions by opening a checking account with them.
