starving is easier than i thought

so i'm not eating to loose weight, but please save me from telling me the dangers, i am fully aware of them. anyway, its way easier than i thought, i've gone a whole day without eating anything, and i'm not even hungry. whenever i'm hungry i just think of how all the time i wasted trying not to eat then i drink a lot of water... i mean a lot. after that i still have the urge for food, but i dont eat it. also i smoke if i'm about to eat. often i find myself eating because i'm bored, but instead i smoke, and drink.

When I was younger I used to starve myself. Until I started having seizures. In a way I guess getting my seizures was a Blessing because they actually saved my life. Getting them made me eat again. I was pretty darn stubborn, I did it because I thought I was fat. Anyway, now a days if I do not eat I will have a seizure. So I definitely have to eat. At church they fast once a year for 24 hours and I cannot do it because of my seizures...

Wow, I mean, for me I really find it hard to starve myself. I always have the urge to eat a lot, maybe because of my active lifestyle. I tried doing that and i didn't last a day lol. Maybe I am weak in doing things like that.

redkik look that really is dangerous and if you got diabetes and stil did thatyou would probably die of low blood sugar. . see your doctor and settle on a healthy eating plan so you will not be too skinnny ir eutger, yu eating plan so you stay slim but healthy to and not get too skinny or too fat. You have to eat to maintain your blood gasses or you will get these horrendous cramps in your calves at night. eating a banana wil prevent this by doing it daily .

It's easy when i'm busy. Until now my record is 3 days without food or water. But not eating is not the best way to lose waight, you need to stay without food a few days for your body to start to use it's fat. And also it needs proteins and for that it will eat your muscles, fat is only fat. The best way is the clasic way with lots of sport pushed to exhaustion.

well yes we can go a day and in fact many days with out food and drink lots of water but what is going to happen is you get water weight and you don't lose a pound and in fact you gain more weight have your dinner early and get out and walk the best thing to do and well you can slim down the food on your plate make sure it is balanced and that you get every thing you need out of it

Starving is not an option to loose weight. We should have proper meal. I have read in many newspapers that we should not skip our breakfast as we get sufficient energy for the whole day. You can skip your lunch if your breakfast is proper.

I read that too a lot. And from my point of view is just crap. I take my first meal after 11(if i am awake)and eat whenever i can and whatever i get. And my body is in top shape last time i was sick was 5 years ago. It was a good cold, pined to bed for 2 days. Your body is like an army, if the comander says that the battle is lost, then shure it is. PS: It's just me, you may be diferent, but if you think you are sick then you will be.

During my weight loss program i used to take 1700 calories a day and burning off 200-300 calories through aerobics,that worked for me.Its good that you are finding starving easy,believe me its hard for most of the people trying to lose weight,all the best i wish you achieve your goal soon.

That is not the way to lose weight. You need to get on a reg. diet not a starving one.

I've tried that too. But it's not good for our health. You should eat a little. Starving oneself is a big no-no. It's better if you replace it with fruits and vegetables. If you really want to lose weight, I know some tips. These include drinking a lot of water, eating the right foods. You can also sip 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before every meal, this is good in loosing weight.

i once tried not eating or skip meals so i will lose weight but after few days i gave up and end up eating a lot.. so now i what i did is i eat but in moderation.. i don't skip meals anymore and i choose healthy food.. for me this method works.. everyone notice already that i have lose weight.. i hope what you do for yourself will work for you since you already know the consequences of what you are doing..
