Having Problem with Perfect Money

I joined perfect money and got my user Id but somehow I did not logged in soon and forgot the password which I have not written in my notepad and now not able to recover the password through the site..again though I am seeing the site load but the sreen status bar is not appearing as said in the login page...so still not able to use the site..even when restore password process is started I never get the pin from them...though I get the userid rather sooner to my email.

The solution is in the FAQs:
"What do I do if the system does not recognize my password or I cannot remember it?
In such cases you would have to send your member ID and a scanned copy of a document that can identify you in our system. After matching the submitted information against your personal data recorded in our system, your password will be emailed to the address provided at the registration."

that sucks that you have to send in your personal info, so that you can get your account information.

I am also experiencing such a problem in perfect money. So, I decided not to use that site.

uh-oh! this seems like a job for their technical support section. try shooting them an email. it seem like there is something wrong on their end.

Sorry to hear that you are having a hard time with the website you joined. I hope that you are able to get it figured out soon. Things like that can really be annoying.
