Before this I transfer a video from my pendrive to my smartphone. I see that video not working very well. It so funny because the mouth talking not same with a sound. It look like the sound slower than mouth talking. Maybe because that video very high quality video and my smartphone also just a cheap smartphone that why it cannot playing very well.

Your phone probably can't cope with the processing demands of handling this video in a higher def format..maybe you could reformat the video to make it easier on the phone?-or maybe it's a sign it's time for you to upgrade to that new phone You like with all the bells and whistles...

Yes-the format of the video at the moment takes too much of your phone's processing ability,so you will need to convert it to a lower resolution file to be able to watch it.

So your problem is that the audio is not synchronized with the video. This also happens even when playing some video files on your computer or laptop. You can solve this by adjusting the time delay on vlc player. However, your problem is regarding your smartphone, I think it might be due to the quality of the video, sometimes when a video file is of high quality, some devices might have some problems playing it properly, you may experience some lags or delays sometimes. I guess, you can try converting that video file into another video format or even the same format, but lessen the quality by lowering the resolution and fps (frames per second) when converting the video file using a video converter.

yes your video on your pendrive could be of high quality and you cannot simply transfer it to a smartphone and ask it to play, sometimes the video itself wont play as it cannot read the video file format. So you have to download a best video player for your smartphone from app store that could convert a large video file into a playable format on your smartphone. You can use MX player, hope it works well....
