Sabrina at the end of Thursday(04-04-13) episode

When Sabrina turned around to face Patrick at the end of the Thursday episode, she looked enough like Elizabeth for them to almost be twins. Actually it is not the first time we have seen her with her hair down and no glasses but I guess they are hoping we didn't notice or won't remember. It was at some function or out to dinner when Patrick was with Britt. I don't think it was an imagined scene on her part but it might have been; I don't remember for sure.
