hi! That's normal, I also use kojic but with papaya extract. I actually sell soaps like kojic-papaya soap, but before I recommend and sell it to my customers, I tried it out first, well the result is convincing for me. So I regularly use it.

I never tried it. But heard a lot of good things about it. And I want to try it but still needs a lot of testimonials from other user for me to be convinced to use it. I have this sensitive skin so I am afraid to just use any soap. Do you recommend it?

kojic acid soaps are good for body. i dont use it on face because it stings my skin. there are some kojic mild soaps good for sensitive skin.

Not all people may have the same effect on different products. so most likely you were not compatible with that kind of soap. But usually, there would be really a stinging feeling the first time you use it. Then the skin slowly peels off. On the third day, the stinging will disappear but will reveal a clearer, whiter skin.

From the name itself “Acid” it does give out a pain sensation in our skin, so it is not advisable to use Kojic Acid soap directly on your face, since our face is one of the most sensitive parts of our body. Though you can use Kojic related facial cleansers which is an alternative rather than the soap itself which is purposely made for the body.
