Drinking Water early in the morning

I have heard that a person should drink water early in the morning before brushing the teeth. One should take 1.25 to 1.5 liters per day. It will remove all the toxins in our body. After drinking water empty stomach when can a person have breakfast? I think there are other benefits of drinking water early morning.

Drinking water regularly prevents kidney stones,increases metabolism and improves digestion.But I'm confused whether drinking water helps in weight gain or weight loss...my doctor advised me to drink water in the morning but I just don't feel like having anything as soon as I get up as it makes me nauseatic.

Actually drinking water reduces weight. A person should drink warm water early morning with empty stomach.

The benefits of drinking water are there whole day on. Not only early in the morning also I doubt there is any connection with drinking (so much) before brushing your teeth or after brushing them. BTW there are also pelnty of people who say drinking your own morning urine is healthy.. althoug there are a lot of toxins in there for sure.

water - Drinking water is good
I agree with.Water is universal solvent and it can dissolve everything in the universe.Drinking lot of water is a good habit to keep the body fit and it removes all unwanted toxins from the body.It purifies the blood.

Hi mansoak, I have been drinking water after waking in the morning since my early middle school days. I was taught to massage my stomach in three ways after finished drinking water. This is to help to remove the toxins in our stomach and intestines. It makes the bowel moment smooth and easy I usually take one and a half or two mugs of healthy water in the morning after wake up. Breakfast will be served after half an hour later Happy posting and have a nice day

I also used to follow this activity till some while ago. But it was not in my mind for very long time and i had completely forgotten about this thing. I will keep following this activity from now onwards as it is very good for health and you feel refresh.

I do not drink water that much but in the morning when I get up first I used to drink some water and with that I really feel fresh..

yes i agree, water really helps to remove the toxins through our veins, in addition to that it can sustain the hunger for one week even without food intake as I read before in Reader's Digest
