Unbearable heat in the Philippines!

Hi mylotters!
What is happening with our mother earth why we have this kind of weather..its too hot..it's unbearable already..I cannot do my everyday activity effectively because of this super hot weather.
Since I have no office work during saturdays and Sundays, I spent my whole at the mall yesterday to escape summer heat, and now I'm thinking of going to the beach or look for a pool to atleast lessen my uncomfortable feeling, hang on there for atleast a couple of hours..
How about you guys? what did you do to escape summer weather?

When I am a kid, I remember a very hot summer here where everything I touched turns hot in just a minute. Our house is quite good for summer but it's still hot. I used to take 2 baths during summer and have a ready wet towel. I already choose the lightest clothes to wear this time. We also use 2 electric fans now during the day. I just hope by May everything will be back to normal.

I missed our house in my hometown, its sorrounded by tress so, we were releived by fresh air unlike here in the city .

hi there,
the heat really annoys me as i do also feel uncomfortable. how i wish that there could be some rain showers even for a couple of hours just to ease up the heat that summer brings.

Yes you are right. It's so hot in our country nowadays. I myself keeps on staying outside our house below the Kayomito tree. It's so cool. I even transferred our pc in our porch.

Well goodluck to everyone of us.. summer is just starting we have few months to bear.. hope we can still carry it up to the end of summer...

Yes this summer weather is the hottest I've ever experienced.
For this past days our aircondition is almost turned on 24/7 because of the heat.
Even the kids don't like playing outside.
Hoping this extreme weather will be back to normal the soonest.

i actually take a bath twice a day now. one in the morning and another one in the afternoon. if i don't do it, i will really feel comfortable sleeping at night.

That's true.. me too.. I took a shower at night before bed.. Thanks god that we have a good supply of water, if not i can't imagine life in this kind of weather...

I agree. It is very hot here for the past few days. I was having a hard time sleeping last night because of the hot weather. I think I really have to move to another boarding with aircondition unit installed.

Actually I'm planning to buy airconditioned if this weather stay long.. our health may put on risk, it's really hard to sleep ..very uncomfortable...

Could I ask about centigrade in the Philippines? I even feel a little cold here. But in summer it is also very hot here, it is about 40 centigrade. But I can stand such temperature in the use of electronic fans. It is not hotter than I image.

Im jobless right now. And i dont have a budget for some get aways. What i do to cease the sweat that caused by summer is to drink water, i also make iced coffee to freshen up my snail processing brain. I always got a headache because of the heat.

You can go to the mall.. you don't have to spend.. just fare of going there..actually I have this dry cough for a week because of this summer heat!
