Religion is the basic education

As curriculum implemented in Indonesia that the subject of religion is not implemented too much. The students only get 2 hours in a week study about religion.I think it is not enough to them, as you know that nowadays degradation of moral always happened. So the increasing of religion subject should be implemented soon

hello my friend i agree with you about religions value,its important,
and yes its basic.but for me it must be taught to the kids by family first
the children must get the basic of religion from their family and then school maybe
actually 2 hours in a week is not enough but maybe teachers are afraid ,the children can feel colder to religion if they teach them long hours,i dont know,because religion is sensitive and people dont wanna share their religion ,
by the way what is the most selected religion in indonesai? in japan people are budhist and christian and many people has no religion.

I agree with you that the parents should be educating their respective children with regards to religion and faith. Its pretty hard in the school to have such considering that a certain classroom will probably compose of different religions.

Indonesia is known for having the maximum intensity of the HIndu people in the whole world. What is the teachings of the religion?
I am from India and I am Hindu, but there was no formal education about the religion of my country. I read about the religion in the general literature written by the random people.

I think so, friend, the subject of religion too little if only get 2 hours in a week. If the student does not get the subject of religion from his family or other organization, he will experience the lack of knowledge of religion and it will influence his habit in his life. It is a good idea if the subject of religion is increased soon.
