you know I also have allergies . I also take antihistamines, but i only take it twice a day until my rashes are gone. if my allergies triggers again i just take the medicine again. allergies never disappears, it just stays. try to avoid those food that triggers your allergies.

First of all there is no 'cure' for allergies. It is a result of our immune system react to the allergen. For myself I am allergy to pain killers, if I have the symptom I have to take antihistamine too. A colleague of mine also allergy to eggs and chocolates. So, the best way to handle this is to know what we are allergy to, check the the ingredients of the food before you take to avoid any allergies. So, avoid or prevention is better than cure (btw, there is no cure to it till today, pray to God to help :)

I think you should do a test. My son is two years old and he is allergic to peanut and egg these popular food... i feel awful to have seen him got the reaction after he tried the food. He threw up, got his lips swollened and stuff so since then, i havt tried again. I guess if it is something that he cant eat, so be it. Just get the nutrients from other food. Be careful, it could be dangerous.

Hi ! You need to have sacrifice a little which means you need to avoid those foods where you are allergy with and try to eat more and more of fresh fruits. Later in life as you'll grow older some of this allergies will vanish , so just bear it all for now it is just a matter of being conscious to the foods that you are eating and taking care of overall health.

You could probably see the medical practitioner who uses herbal therapy. Who knows a certain mixture of some herbs can cure your allergy. It is, however, a good idea not to consume those foods you are allergic to. Just eat them a little bit if you feel the urge is too much.

you have to go to the doctor specializing in allergies. he will give you a series of tests. these will determine exactly what causes your allergies. in this way, you will know which group of food to avoid in the future. taking antihistamines is ok but you shouldn't take these for long periods of time. if you do, your body will get used and they won't work for you anymore.

allergies can occur due to some foods. taking medicine can be one option to get rid of allergies but the problem is that allergy is a permanent phenomenon. i personally dont think you can stop allergy just by eating medicine. yes i agree that medicine can stop allergy but only temporarily. to have a permanent solution i would advise you not to eat those foods which cause allergies. after all you are the best doctor for your body

I would really advice taking Vitamin C in any forms, like tablet, fruits and other foods that are rich in vitamin C. Vit.C is an effective antihistamine most especially if you take it right after an allergy. I would personally recommend fruits rich in vitamin C like Lime and Lemon. You can make a lime or lemon juice and put a little sugar on it. Sugar/Sweets can also help on allergies. But I think Vit. C is more effective.

just follow what your doctor said to you, Is he told you that you should not eat those food again? My doctor said before when i had allergies that I should avoid eating the food that cause allergy to my body. I think the solution is to avoid those food, just try different variety of food then see if your body reacts to it.
