Most people are short tempered when they do not have money.

LOL! I agree...even in the workplace.. people in my workplace are so irritated when have no money or when hey money related problems.. But I'm lucky because I didn't experience that in my family.. We are not rich but my parents handled silently those money related issues.. So everyone just quiet and deal with it without any tensions.

Yes, I do noticed that too. When I am unemployed, I tends to be thrifty and I can't stand people simply forget to off the switch and water on the tap running. If I am working, my mood are much better. I will off it when I see someone left the lights on. I don't have a fuss. My husband is moody once he was retired as he do not have extra cash to spend. He is easily irritated.

well some people are like that due to stress in thinking so much about money.

I have seen this many times. I guess when money is short or there is a lack of it, people seem to change. Not all people do but a big majority does. It is like money is the only thing in the world. Sometimes people have to do without because of no money which has happened to me. But I feel that with all that is offered on the internet people can make a little extra to make things easier in life. I may say something about lack of funds but then I get busy doing something so I can make the extra.

money is one of the things that makes us happy right? so without it we cant do anything we want..we cant buy the things we want and we cant give our love ones money.. so it is important to us so we can live a happy life but there is also several ways to be happy and i am just saying that money is one of them... that is the reality of life.. anyways my husband when he has no money it shows to his aura.. he is sad and he just want to do nothing.. he will just sleep and he barely smile.. i understand him so i let him be alone..

When I don't have any money, I stay in my bedroom and I get on my computer, and work hard on here until, I reach pay out this may take me a few days, but I do it any way,but what I have really do is not let my paypal account, go back to $0.00 I always keep money in my paypal account, no mate what the amount is.

Lol!!!! Hehehehe it happens all the time! It makes people panic and short temper if they have shortage in money! My family always quarrel because of money and I can't blame them my parents work all their lives even when they were kids... and seeing them getting old and we still can't save money know it scares them... they all scared when they get old who will pay their bills and everything and of course... its a little frustrating knowing that their friends and other relatives is doing fine now and enjoying their old age... while they are still having troubles with money! I hope I can provide for them soon... even I ...I also get frustrated now at my age I should be taking care of everything but they are still the one providing for me! I hate it really! But anyway I still have my hopes and dreams I can still do it I still have time! Aja!

Hi yes this is also one of the reason why people loose their temper. people who are in such such situation think about their inability to earn and so loose the peace in their life.But they forget that instead of showing their anger if they think about the ways to earn even if its a small amount the satisfaction they get is unexplainable. Very few/less people get such stability in life.

because money is security, it pays for your everyday needs. when you don't have enough, or whatever small amount you have is already allocated for something and there's nothing extra, you feel so limited. unfortunately, some arguments lead to violence, while some take their own lives, all because of financial problems. on the other hand, others have no problem with borrowing and not paying. others have no problem with cheating, deceiving or cheating people to earn from them. i can't do any of that. i'd rather live simply. i do get annoyed when i see family members wasting resources, leaving lights and fans on, the kettle boiling and the water evaporating, the faucet dripping, food wasted. why can't everyone participate? it's like no one else cares. sometimes i feel like a security guard roaming around the house to check on everything.

You are right that most people get irritated easily when they are broke. Getting angry only adds new problems, so it's wise for us to control our temper. The time spent on anger had better be spent on looking for jobs or other money-making activities such as mylotting etc.
