i love driving and i try to obey all traffic rules,i have respect to the others too
because we are not alone and everybody has family who are waiting at home for them
i try to say we always have to be careful when driving.
but sometimes there are some strange situations when we are in traffic
for example, police cars are very important for planning and fixing the traffic rules ,
but dont you feel so uncomfortable when there is a police car behind you?
i mean even we dont make any mistake and we followed all traffic rules perfectly why that police car is still behind us?
sometimes it happens, and even there is not anything special, we misunderstand and we feel uncomfortable.
dont you think so? why police cars make us uncomfortable?
have you ever had this experince before?
how did you feel ?

I understand that. I used to drive in the usa. I was a good driver. But got so nervous when cops were behind me, just like you.

I bet they make many nervous, and cause them to do something wrong.

I used to be like that when I lived in the county. But, when I moved to the city the problem became the opposite! Haha. One day I accidently cut off a police officer and started freaking out that I'd get a ticket. But, he just pulled out the other way and left! Another day my front headlight went out when I was at my boyfriend's house. I didn't have the money to replace it just yet so I decided to drive home like that. I ended up taking a different way home than I normally do and ran into a NEST of police officers. They were EVERYWHERE. They just waved me through and I got home in shock. I like living in the city because I don't have them riding me about the little stuff. If I was going 80 miles an hour in a school zone I'd get pulled over for sure. But, they have way bigger stuff to worry about than if I switched lanes where I wasn't supposed to. I still try to behave myself and probably break the law once or twice a year and only cause I have too. But, I think the most tickets I get is parking violations. They love parking violations around here. Haha.

It is always my natural reaction that if there is any police car following behind me, it will cause to think otherwise and uncomfortable even though I did not break any traffic rules
!
Sometimes, I may think could it be something wrong with my signal lights, brake lights etc mulfunction. If there is, the police will surely stop me by the road side and summon me. If otherwise, I will try to drive slow or take the other lane so to let him pass by me

it is natural to feel that way about the police. i don't know anyone that feels comfortable anytime a cop is around, in traffic or not.

Hi friend, I also feel discomfort when a police car behind me, although I never make a mistake on the road. I think, I feel watched and they waiting me for my mistake and they will judge me. Yes, it is not comfort condition.

I think they make you nervous because even though you're doing everything correct, your afraid your gonna make a mistake, like slightly increase speed over the limit or something like that. Maybe your afraid he's going to think you're doing something wrong when you're not. I personally don't drive so I wouldn't know from personal feelings.
