Salmon head in sour soup...

This afternoon I cooked salmon head in sour soup and put lots of vegetables to make it more healthy and delicious. My parents and husband loves the dish and they even finished it all. It always makes me happy when I saw my love ones enjoying my cooking. Have a great day!

That was such a hearty and delicious dish indeed. It's good that salmon fish is readily available now here in our county. I think the most famous is the pink one and you mixed it with their favorite vegetables.I guess that is why they enjoyed it most.

My mom loves that too - sour soup pink salmon.
I am not a soupy person but sour soup is fine with me (pink salmon or pork)
I like sauteed veggies (half cooked) or fresh veggie salad.
