I started smoking yesterday here........

I started smoking here yesterday. NOT. Im working very hard here, and fast. So fast that my son said " mom slow down, I see smoke above your head " I have a list of 53 things I need to do, before we move back to the usa in August. I get a few things done each day. There just isnt enough hours in a day to do them. Im working as fast as I can. Most are not hard, just time consuming. I sure wish, I had a fire extinguser, to put out this smoke and fire.

I believe you surely have a lot to do and settle prior to your move to US. I hope you could take it one at a time and not being stress out . Your son needs your care and you needed to be in good health in order to take care of him. And he can be of good help to you as well.

I have a list of 'To Do' that should be completed prior to our relocating to North Carolina. I started thinking of things that needed to be completed, and the first item on my list is to pay off our car loan. It's a Buy It Here, Pay It Here deal, and can only be paid at the location; fortunately, we might have 14 or 15 months left on the loan. There are other things too, but they are things that don't have anything to do with me, or are out of my control. Where in the US are you moving to?

Can you break any of your tasks down, like going through all of your clothes and getting rid of stuff you haven't worn in years? That's what we did last year, in preparation to move here, and we donated so much! And group clothes according to season-we're starting to have warmer weather, so I'll start packing away the heaviest clothes in a plastic storage bin labeled 'winter'. Sometimes it helps.

I envy ur rich day. 53 things to do? That's really hard. I'm in a state-owned company and I rarely have meaningful things to do in a day.So I just review my English test every day. I hope I can pass it and have the future I want someday. Especially like u, have many meaningful things to do.

Hello Maria ! I am moving with the wife to the United Kindom in September so I can totally relate to what's happening to you. I am trying to earning as much as I can online to have a decent paypal sum at my disposal when I get there. I am also still volunteering, trying to get as much as possible involved in several projects to have some decent experience. Oh and should I mention preparing all the stuff we need to take with us and think of stuff to do when we get there (aside college).

I think you are a road runner and the big cloud of dust you leave behind when you speed bye is confusing everyone. I like how your big man is protecting you in that picture.

Listen to your son my friend! I wish I lived nearer to you, I would gladly come over and help out, to ease your burden. You also need to remember your heart, be kind to it, you don't want your heart to start smoking now do you?

Have you ever participated to run a marathon? A person's endurance and stamina is limited, so you will need to pace yourself. During the entire race, there will be water points where we will slow down a while to quench our thirst and hydrate. Yes, you might have 53 tasks or 42km to run but do pace yourself before you run out of steam and fall behind schedule. You are not alone and if you cannot finish things on your own, don't hesitate to ask for help especially when it can help you finish your tasks. Yon need to take care, Speedy Gonzales.

You'll get there. If you are like me if I am busy I am not stressed. Getting things done actually makes you feel good. I have to stop though, take a look at my accomplishment and give myself a pat on the back. Then I feel good.

Trust me when I say I would love to but I might slow you down. Though it is good to get things done that part is ok we also must enjoy the things going on around us because they disappear so quickly. Yeah?

I think we have something in common aside from being beautiful. That is being hardworking. Well, that is really what a mother can do especially is she is doing things for her family. But we should also learn to slow down sometimes. It's just a good thing that we can both breath and do things together. What would happen if you have to stop before you can breath? Well, your son is right. Take a rest from time to time. Have a nice day!

you definitely deserve a rest. it seems you are working overtime to accomplish your goals. though work is important we should take care of our body also. after all only we have good health we can perform well. so take rest charge your self and work again

It can be hard be to stop and slow down when things and "need to dos" become overwhelming. But honestly working yourself too fast and hard is not good. Your son has the right idea, just every few minutes or so, stop and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind :)

i believe it's just all about time management. bond a little more with your kid. maybe play some video game with him or take him to the park. that will surely make him enjoy and it's also a time for you to relax. have a little break from work. :D

I can understand how busy it will be amidst of your schedule. However considering yours, your son and whole family's health, you might want to think about alternatives for managing your schedule (or at least, alternative to smoking). I am sure you be aware of passive smoking and you really care about your kids health as he cares about you. May be doing more workouts, cardio and drinking plenty of water should help to reduce stress. :)
