Nothing feels like home

Finally, i'm back home. Been home for exactly a week today. I spent most of my time with my son and hubby. My son occupies my time most of the time. When i'm out of sight he would call me asking me what time to come home. I love being a princess again in my own home. Not doing anything except eat, sleep and roam around. I have met my friends too and we're planning to go to an island next week. Can't wait to hit the beach. So nice to be back home again.

A home should be a home sweet home. It is the place where we could rest in peace . Your son must be missing you very much. It is ideal and good to spend time with our family whenever we could. Nice to go to beach. Have a wonderful trip in your outing next week

Welcome back Toni. Will you still be going back there? You son missed you so much. That's why he keeps asking the time when you will come home when you are with friends. Nothing beats being with the family and in your own home.

Congratulations! I am so happy for you that you got to spend some time with yoru family and feel so relaxed at home because you are pampered and well taken cared of. Though I am not back home in the Philippines, I still feel home because I have asked my mom to come and live with me. After work, when I go back to our rented apartment my mom meets me and she has prepared everything already. It is so nice to feel home and be home every after work.

It's good that your mom is there. My brother-in-law and his wife are coming with me when I go back to Bkk. And my hubby and son will spend their vacation there in December.

Home will always be the best place. I admit that even though I have been to few awesome places, still my home is the place where I feel full comfort knowing that there are people who are eagerly waiting for me at home also gives delight.

i agree with you. home is where we will always feel comfortable, where we will always want to go back to. =) even if you are where you think you can go... where you wanted to be... life as it is would still be great when you are home.

Well, returning home after a long time, it is certainly a great satisfaction. Being able to hug your loved ones, your husband and your son also review your dear friends. You have a family, so I can understand you perfectly when you're away you feel a sense of melancholy for them. Now you are planning to go to the beach, I hope that from your parts, the weather is not like here in Italy where it rains for a month! Have fun!

I agree, there's no place like home. Even after a wonderful vacation or a trip to a very beautiful place, I can never describe the feeling of coming home to your own place.

Hi toni! It always feels great to be back home after a long break. When you were away from your son and hubby, they would have 'missed' you and therefore, when you are back, they want you to be with them all the time, so as to compensate for the lost days. Keep enjoying.

yep. when home is just a few hours away, a week's vacation feels so good, doesn't it? do spend as much time with your unico hijo while you're here. you can tell he really missed you. even with 21st century technology, nothing beats a parent's presence 24/7. it gives kids a feeling of security. i think you said you like surfing. you prefer our beaches, don't you?

Sounds like your son is really attached to you. It's a good thing, my son is like that, too. It's really cool you're going to the beach with your friends and such. Hope you have a blast!

He's attached to both me and my husband, but I guess my absence made him long for me more.
