Aaaaaggh! The last time I had head lice was when me and my playmates were rolling around in dirt (literally) one summer vacation, we were about 7-8 years old back then I think. And oh goodness, it was so itchy! I swear I almost puked whenever I saw them getting squished on a paper and they have sucked some blood off my scalp! My mom got my hair cut off short and she treated it with mayonnaise and this conditioner/oil that kills the lice eggs. Then she had my hair passed on using a fine-toothed comb until it's raw and surely lice-free.

yengnimcdo There are over the counter treatments for head lice now. If you can't find any I would suggest checking with your doctor or ordering online. Good luck...lice is a nuisance and can be spread easily among children.

That happened to me a few years ago. I didn't know my niece had it, no one thought it was a good idea to tell me and I used her brush! She had lice and then I got it too, really bad. I was 24, first time in my life that I ever had it!! I used the lice shampoo and medicine. It took care of it.

You need headlice shampoo, that'll kill them. I doubt very much it'll worsen hairfall. If the shampoo doesn't work, though it should, see a doc.
