How to reduce belly fat swiftly?

I am just 22 but still my tummy concerns me a lot because I am sitting at my computer all day long.When you ask the question how to reduce belly fat quickly Google presets you with loads of articles with plenty of ways to reduce tummy fat.Which method do you think is most effective and fast?

Brisk walking, jogging or running clubbed with healthy and nutritious diet and a sound sleep of 7 hours will surely reduce belly fat in 2-3 months depending upon how much you need to lose. There is simply no way of reducing fat without physical exercise. So, if you really want to bring yourself in shape it's time to pull your socks and get ready for it with firm determination. watching you diet and your stress level has a lot to do with it. also getting the proper exercise to tone that area up. there is just no silver bullet.

Hi, You are too young to have bulging belly. But let me tell u, it is the most difficult task. I am 53 years old and suffer from many chronic ailments. My stomach is too big for my liking. I hv tried too many remedies both diet wise and physical activity wise. By the times tyres on both sides of stomach start reducing , with change of weather, one or the other ailments starts troubling me and I am put on steroids medicines which within 4-5 days again increase my weight and I am back to square one.In your case I feel u are young enough to control of yourself and with few routine exercises will be able to reduce tummy fat soon.

Belly fat is actually the most dangerous type of fat - besides aesthetics, large waist lines are indicators of --disease-disease-disease. just do simple daily routine excercise like jogging

Again, I have to share my condition having polycystic ovary. This health problem has many inter-linking medical problems as well. One of that is having trunkal obesity which is obviously having a bulging belly. Have you tried reviewing your hormonal activity? Have a visit to a doctor can make a better relevance in solving your problem. Or maybe, you should start standing up and do a little movement other than tapping you computer keyboard. Set some exercise schedule to help your metabolism even for 15 min. Try some leg swinging, stair climbing or knee-cross crutch. These are some exercise that you can do quickly while taking a little break from your computer work or as soon as just you get home before preparing your meal. Moreover, dont get away with the "water thing " hobby. Drink a lot water for proper cleansing. There is no way for a fast effect in trimming off stomach pouch but to sacrifice some time and effort to reach your goal in a healthy way.
