Shooting Star

On my walk last night I saw a shooting star fly across the sky. It was so neat! Only the second shooting star I've seen in my lifetime. What all have you seen during your walks? And/or have your shooting star wishes come true?

Hi oldsoul, I've never seen a shooting star in real life only on TV. Which part of the world do you live in? I do not believe the hype that says shooting stars make one's wishes come true. People say that because it's so rare that if one sees one it is something like striking lottery which doesn't come very often! Have a nice day.

I agree the hype must be because shooting stars are so rare. I made a wish just in case it's true though haha I live in Arizona on the west side of Phoenix. It's a beautiful area, perfect weather for walks right now.

I saw a shooting stat, one time I was at church, and I was in the parking lot, at night and I saw a star shooting across the sky, it was so quick, I don't think no one saw it but me, that night.

That's the best kind of shooting star; one that only you saw. A shooting star all to yourself! :-D
