Hi Friends, I have heard from some people that we should not drink milk after eating Fish. Is this true? Is there any health related problems while drinking milk after having fish?

From where have you heard this? There is no medical problem associated with drinking milk and eating fish, be it after or before or together at a time.

I grew up eating a lot of fish & there were plenty of times when I had milk with the meal or right afterwards to wash it down... I've never had health issues stemming from it... I grew up in S. Korea & we had a lot of seafood, including fish, as our main diet... And growing up, mom always told me milk was good for me so it wasn't all that unusual to have both at the same time... From what I've read, seems like there's no proven fact that those two food group, dairy product of any kind including milk & fish or any seafood & any type of combination of the two, have any I will affects on healthy human body... http://skeptics.stackexchange.com/questions/6719/is-eating-fish-and-drinking-milk-at-the-same-time-linked-with-skin-disease... Of course if you're allergic to either one, that might be an issue...

There is no problem with drinking milk after eating fish, none whatsoever.Think about it,you can order dishes at a restaurant that mix fish and sauces made from milk.So there is no problem.
