Is there any limitation for creating tasks in mylot?

Hi friends,
I planned to invest in mylot. I want to become a task creator here. is there any conditions for creating task in mylot like we can create certain tasks only. I planned to get more referrals for PTC sites from mylot so i will create task for PTC sign up.
Will mylot allow such kind of PTC sign up tasks?
