What's your opinion about Jetstar? I heard that they have several seat sales now. I usually use their franchise from Ho Chi Minh City and I use them for local flights. As far as I know, the reputation of Jetstar in Australia is not very good as it is under Qantas which is hated by most Australians, so I'm not really sure if the other Jetstar franchises are good.
What's your opinion about this airline?

I haven't tried jet star yet but I want to. I haven't been hearing any negative feedback from them for the past few years unlike their mother company. So I guess they are doing well in terms of service and performance.

budget airlines are good for short flights, like if it's only 3 hours from manila to vietnam. but if you're traveling from manila to australia, that's around 8 hours, so i'd choose qantas. to me it's like the difference between riding a bus from metro manila to batangas, and taking the plane to the visayas or mindanao, instead of riding a roro bus.
