okay, I think people are creative, and they can provide any service to serve the need of other people. Recently, I read an article about people provide service like helping other people open their mailbox, and keep track of their billing, and shredding other useless mail. As you might know, some people might not spend that much time at their home or apartment, they might travel a lot. In order to keep track of their bill, they need other people to open their mail, and scan the ones that is important for them; so they can keep up their bill, and other important message from mail. After it, they have to shred every mail. Can you believe it? This can be a service to earn some extra money too.

I wonder why those absent homeowners are so trusting. They may receive credit card statements, and in their absence, their hired helps will get to see the mail. I do not trust anyone with my mailbox.

I would not have anyone checking my mail because I am scared of identity theft

Yes. Those people may have very few time even to open up the mails. So, they hire someone to check out for them

Never heard of this kind of service before. What's it called? I think it's cool, but finding this kind of job I'm sure is not on just any help wanted list. I think one way a person can land a job of this type is by being creative and of course trust worthy. Some people especially senior citzens would get a family member to do this or refer them to someone they know.

But I believe people start to leave postal service nowadays. Now they prefer to get notification of bills via email or online. I wonder if their mailbox opening service is still going well up to now..

i would say that this is one of a kind source of income.. just a simple task without exerting too much effort, probably if there is any individual that offers that service, they are such a very busy person to the point that they cannot even check their information's themselves.

There are really endless ways of earning. But I never encounter anybody asking for service like that in our country. Specifically for that purpose I mean. They can hire some assistant perhaps but there are other tasks associated with it. Have a nice day!

I have not come across or heard of this service such as open mailbox and keep track of bills . However, I do heard of shredding other useless mail or documents. The person will go place to place collecting the unwanted materials for shredding at a fee. But, I think if it is just merely shredding it will not be worth as one could buy a cheap shredder and do it . So, I guess these people who needed such service would have been those that are very much better off financially and like what you have shared with a package of services. One concern is their background as they may be dealing with some confidential information. Overall, it is indeed a creative service.

Anything can be a job if someone is there to provide you the money to do it.I haven't heard much about such a service, anyways it looks impressive.I have many email accounts used for different purposes and there is a need to do a little bit of cleanup but I don't have money to spend on it so I do everything on my own.

Interesting. I would only assume that its the rich that offer this kind of service, or at the very least, the high middle class. Well, I suppose it would make sense for such people to be needing to hire others to open and scan their mail, and I bet those that do get hired on for such a position go through extensive background checks as they most likely will be viewing another's personal information.
