a lot of questions popped in my mind about my dilemma of falling hair. i don't know what caused this. I've been experiencing falling hair for almost 3 months now. I have used a lot of shampoos that claimed that their product is effective to prevent falling hair, but it didn't work on me. i became so worried now because every time i shampoo my hair a bunch of hair is taken away from my head.my hair is getting so thin now. Does anyone here can suggest a product or a natural method to prevent hair fall? I need your help.....:(

Falling of hair, medically known as alopecia has its various forms. Male-pattern baldness, in which hair begins to thin at the crown and the hairline recedes, is the most common; it is primarily genetic in origin and primed by the presence of androgens ( male hormones ). The exact sequence of the loses scalp hair as he or she gets older, it is equally clear that some people's tendency to lose hair at an accelerated rate, and to start at a relatively early age, is inherited. In general, there is nothing we can do ourselves to stop or delay this natural process. In the case of woman, the elimination of excessive male hormones may help, but this approach requires careful evaluation by an expert in endocrine disorders. Abnormal hair loss may occur temporarily after childbirth or as a result of ringworm, infections, diabetes, an iron or thyroid deficiency, or taking birth control pills.

Try switching to shampoos without silica and paraben. A lot of shampoos claim to make your hair shiny and smooth are actually bad for us. They coat our hair with silica which cannot be easily washed away no matter how well we rinse our hair. Paraben is preservatives used in almost all our sanitary products. Look for organic/natural products instead.

Hair can fall out for many reasons. It could be stress or a medical condition. You may want to go to your doctor and see why this is happening. My husband has diabetes and whenever he has a time where his blood sugar numbers are varying wildly, he will leave lots of hair in the shower. When his numbers go back to normal, he no longer loses hair. My son's girlfriend also lost hair for awhile due to stress in her life. When the situations of stress lessened in her life, her hair loss stopped.

maybe the reason of my falling hair is because of stress. these past days i became more stressed about my work. I hope this is the only reason for it. thanks.

My partner is also worried about my hairfall. I told him that there's nothing to worry about as it happens all the time. He decided to clean the bathroom and found some hair strands on the strainer. Scratch that, A lot of hair strands rather. He just corrected me. lol. I guess, stress is the first on the list of why people are having hairfall. But he's insisting that there is a particular age when people are having hair cycle. Seriously, I didn't understand that.

I don't feel like fall hair when i had short hair, but when i'm ready to have long hair and i found my hair just fall very often.I suppose you'd better go and see the doctor and see what happened, probably food can best help about that and good luck to us as well.
