I woke up this morning and had a pounding headache. I took some pain relievers and went back to bed. After a couple of hours, the headache was gone. I took it easy and didn't do a whole lot today. Now the headache is starting to come back. I hate it when this happens. annoying headache!

I rarely get headaches, so whenever i get one, i really get irritated since i am not sued to it at all.
I can't concentrate on anything and just think of how to get rid of my headache.. i hate when i get it in school since i can't chat with my friends nor listen to the teacher.

Yes, headaches are such a pain, since you cannot really focus on anything, since you head is in pain.. and your need your brain to do everything you need to do. The only thing you can do is take some pain relievers and sleep it off.

I try to sleep it off. If that isn't possible I may just give in and take an Asprin.
Happy mylotting!

I mostly take a nap when I have a headache. Headaches are due to tension and naps are better than aspirins or ibuprofen for them. It seems that you did the right thing from my point of view. And if you knoew someone who does reiki, you can ask the person to help you.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that, I can feel you. I also had had numerous headaches I almost lost count. I would usually take some aspirin or ibuprofen with a glass of warm milk or tea. Then I will go to bed for some more rest, more preferably with the blinds and windows in my room close and with very little light. Then I will eat some light meals, no red meat so as not to trigger the headache. I would also go to bed early after calling in sick and I will be fine the following day.

Thank you. I did not know that red meats can trigger a headache. I have also lost count of how many headaches I have had. I have had a lot in the past year. They are getting better. I think the headache I got today was due to not getting enough sleep last night.
