Hawaii for vacation

What is it about Hawaii that fascinates people so much? I'm actually thinking of booking a flight to Hawaii this coming summer, but the thing is, I'm not really a big fan of beaches. I just wonder whether there are other things to do in Hawaii other than swimming in the beach?
Also, what can I possibly shop there? I love shopping so much.
Looking forward to your feedback and advise. I'm really looking forward to my vacation!

Well, what I know is Hawaii is famous for the beach, it's so bad if you don't like beach, hehehe .. :p
anyway, if you wanna to take holiday there, you should buy their t-shirt, that's so cool, I think ..
but remember, Hawaii is quite expensive .. hmm .. No, It's really expensive than another USA city so you should bring a lot of money for holiday ..

I visited Hawaii when I was 20 years old. It was lovely to spend time on the palm fringed beach and see the big waves splashing. I know it was sad but interesting to look around Pearl Harbor. You could visit there and go shopping some postcards, clothing or souvenirs. Take some food there because I found food much more expensive than mainland USA. Have a wonderful time in Hawaii.

yes u are absolutely right, Hawaii has always been a top destination for all the travel lovers due to its exotic beaches and serene locations, though i have never been to Hawaii but i have heard that this place is a big hit among the tourists mostly due to its beaches and if u are not a beach lover then u can also enjoy shopping but that might be a bit expensive for your pockets.
