Expensive to cost in travel?

Hello! Good to hear that you are changing your lifestyle! I cannot say that I am a backpacker myself but I try to really travel on a budget as much as possible. First thing I do is plan way way ahead. And buy an airline ticket 6 months or more in advance. Usually airlines or budget airlines give promos if you book in advance. Try to know your destination very well. So that if you reach the place, you won't waste your time, effort and money just looking for the places you want to see on your own or things that you want to do... Try reading guide maps and try to memorize them. That would help. As for my accommodation, try joining couchsurfing.org. In that site, you can find a host from your destination and they will let you sleep in their couch or rooms for free. If you are lucky, they will tour around also for free...

I am glad to hear that u love traveling and i travel a lot with my parents, i know money is an important factor while traveling but i think if everything is planned properly then anyone can travel, traveling alone is expensive but if u travel with a group of people then the expenses are halved.

Hello mate, besides of getting cheaper flight ticket, it is quite costly to get a place to stay when travelling. Maybe you can join a site call "couchsurfing". You can get to know local people in the place you wanna travel, and you can request them to host you. It is so cool! You will have opportunity to know many interesting people.

Where do you from, anyway? Well, I suggest you to know your destination first better .. you should check the cheapest homestay with good quality first .. and then you should know what's their food. I suggest you to bring some instant food so it gonna be cheaper for you. You should know their transportation too, take bus or train to cheaper. Rent car is expensive, you know .. :)
