No luck with Samsung, am thinking of getting an iPhone 4

Hey there everybody, I have had no luck when it comes to owning Samsung smartphones. Well, I have only had two of them so far, a Galaxy Fit and a Samsung Wonder, but I have had problems with both of them. And, it hasn't been the same problem either, which makes it all the more frustrating. The Galaxy Fit, I have to admit, was a pretty groovy little phone. The only problem was that it had difficulty keeping up with what I expected - Facebook, Twitter, Gmail as well as the numerous SMS that I receive everyday from a good friend. It was always glitching and turning itself off. So, I brought a Samsung Wonder about 12 months later. It was bigger and could handle more than the Fit and, I was reassured by the sales lady, it would get better reception in the suburb I live in. Even though it did get better reception and it could handle the social media sites well, I found that it had other problems. I got the phone unlocked so that I could change networks only to find that it kept resetting itself back to the old network. No matter how many times I change the settings, it just keeps on resetting itself. I have a phone that can only make calls and receive messages, kinda like an old phone lol! My partner has an iPhone 4 and has had no problems over the past 2 years. He used to go through phones like they were going out of fashion at one point so to have a phone that he is still impressed with, it must be a good thing. At $449 for a 16GB iPhone 4, would I be better off getting one or is there another type that I should consider as well? Thanks n have a great day!

Maybe yours is just an isolated case . I really believed Samsung is a good product , reliable , dependable and user friendly. Oh that's fantastic news! I was thinking about getting the Galaxy Tab but decided on the iPad 2 instead. I know of people who have Samsung phones as well who have no problems either. I'm kind of jealous of them, I admit, because their phones work for them LOL! It's good hear that they are not all like the two that I have purchased ;)

I think most probably it is always good to go for branded ones.

I think most probably iPhones are getting popular now a days and most probably you can go for it as it is better and I also think that you should go through the features of everything and go for it if you want.

Instead of going through all that trouble, you should have bought yourself an iPhone from the get go. I have had iPhones ever since they came out. I have had everyone so far. I currently own the iPhone5. What I do is I hand them down the line. Like when I get a new iPhone, I give my girlfriend my old one and my son then gets her old one and my daughter gets my sons old one. That way I only have to buy one phone. it works out real good.
