It is such a small question to ask you that most of us have ignored the question in our daily life. When you get up quickly, have a quick breakfast and rush to the bus stop, you may forget to enjoy the beautifully warm sunshine. It was the problem my wife faced these days.Till this morning, she had been busy with her company business for more than two weeks.Every morning, she got up at about six and hurried downstairs to prepare for the whole day's work. Before breakfast was ready, she always asked me whether it was too hot, because she had to finished it in about ten minutes,or she would lost the early bus. I told her to slow down, but she said it was impossible,as if she was late her salary would be reduced. What about you?Do you have time in the morning to enjoy the sunshine?

Hi, You are right.Today in the fast life no one has the time to enjoy early morning sunshine. Your wife is very busy in her working always so she don't have time to enjoy sunshine. I am retired person so I always weak up early and after having tea I go for a walk in morning sunshine. I feel it very refreshing. But when I was doing a jobe I also didn't have the time to enjoy sunshine.

We have to get to school to work before seven twenty. If we are late for work, we will get our bonus deducted at the end of each school term. But I am glad to say that I have always time to enjoy the sunshine in the morning because my desk is near the window and I sit working in the sun all the year around unless it is cloudy. I love the sunshine on me and feel very comfortable with it.

I don't think I enjoy it half as much as I should, but I am thankful for every morning I wake up. God is amazing.

I try to enjoy a piece of the day every day. And the earlier I make this happen the better. I love the sun shining through my windows and then to feel the warmth from the rays as a kiss upon my cheek. It is very inspiring and the simplest, however seemingly hard indulgence to partake in. Today the weather here started out lovely and very unseasonably warm and has now shifted to storms and tornado watches.

Good morning. It is a little past 11 am where I live and I already enjoyed the morning sunshine, the birds and of course my cats. On any given day I always make time to enjoy at least a few of the beautiful things our Creator so lovingly provided for us. My husband and I are business owners and like so many other people, we live very busy lives. But when we are traveling to a client's place or going anywhere else, I always take time to enjoy the flowers, the sunshine the lovely fields and so on. It's great for stress reduction. Not only do I take the time but I make the time as well.

Her only choice would have been to get up even earlier that 6 o'clock. However, that might not have been practical either. Did you ever think about preparing HER breakfast?

We all are so busy with our lives that it's easy to forget about the simple pleasures. I'm usually hard at work when the sun in rising in the morning. But I do take several breaks to step outside (take my puppy out for her bathroom break) and let the sunshine hit my face.

Today's lifestyle and busy schedule has left no time for people to enjoy the bounties and beauties of nature. When I was in college I regularly used to see the sunrise and the sunset. It always looked so beautiful to see the sun rising from behind the mountains. In the evening the sky would be splashed with the evening hues before the sun finally hiding behind the other side of the mountains. Due to health issues I am unable to enjoy such beautiful sights anymore, but I am sure after my second surgery I will again be able to walk and enjoy the nature and life to its fullest.

I used to rush to the office till a few years back. There was no fear of reduction in the wages but late comers were not welcomed. There was hardly any time to enjoy the sun-shine/peaceful morning. Now, I am self-employed. I do not have to rush in the morning to catch a bus to work. I do enjoy sitting in the sunshine with a cup of tea.

Monday was delightfully warm and sunny. So I had the time to walk along enjoying the warmth and sunshine. Tuesday and Wednesday have been much colder due to the wind chill. It is very windy outside and this tends to counteract the sunshine. My car has a clock inside it which says the outside temperature. It said it was 15 degrees on Monday, 12 degrees on Tuesday and 10 degrees today. On my way to collect my son from school this afternoon it was miserably windy. I wish for sunshine this summer.

Yeah, I feel for her. That is also what is happening to me right now, even looking at the sunshine and appreciating it a little bit is so hard for me to do already because of this so called life eating monster called ''work''. Who even invented work?? Too bad, in reality it is so hard to live in this cruel world without work. But good thing for you, you could still appreciate the sunlit of the sunshine. Hope tomorrow I could wake up, look outside the mirror and say. What a beautiful day. Have a nice day my friend. Stay happy and keep motivating your wife not to be so enslave by work.

Well, I don't enjoy the sunshine either. Since I tend to have a hard-time getting up from bed I usually have quite little time to actually enjoy the early morning. Even if I am waiting in the bus stop, I don't look at the sunshine. I just get lost in my own thoughts.

I do believe we need sunshine, even just a bit. Luckily, I have 5 minutes break in between my online tutorials so I can have a sip of water and go out for a moment for sunshine. I did experienced not having any sunshine and I felt exhausted. I was so tired and always feeling sleepy. When I had the chance to go out in a sunny day, I felt alive! Really! I really felt difference. That proves sunshine is important in our lives. ;)
