Hi wander! There's a few things you can do to make your eyes look bigger with makeup. Try using a white eyeliner to line close to your eye, then use a black or brown eyeliner on the outside. This will make your eyes appear more open. You can also try to "deepen" the appearance of your eyelids by drawing a pretend fold using a darker eyeshadow. You have said you don't like using dark colors, but you can use this technique with your regular eyeshadow. The only part that needs to be dark is the crease line. Try it and see how it goes!
