I just bought a xbox360 with kinect suite. However, when I want to enjoy the games in my living room, I sadly find that the kinect keeps looking at the ceiling. Should it supposed to be focused on me? I am not flying in the air and there's no ghost! Kinect! Please look at me! Do you guys have ever had similar problems? Do you know what the problem is? Please help me.

You should try to adjust your Kinect sensor. If it's broken, take it to the store and get another.

Reconfigure you xbox kinetic. You probably set the kinetic to up on top of you stand in the settings but it is at the bottom or vise verse. i don't think that it is broken. I think this is how you do it: go to last tab in xbox home,go to settings,go to a thing that says kinetic and follow instructions.

I have already done that but it seems not working. I follow the instructions and let it adjust itself but it keeps saying that the position adjustment is done and it can sense me(In fact it can only sense the upper part of my body). The funnest part is that it works perfectly alright in my bedroom.

I tried. I guess the light in my room has some impact on it for some reason.

Check your config parameters and set accordingly. You need time to tweak this. Other than that, you may want to check if your ceiling lights or fan or electrical installation are using some sort of infra red remote which is playing havoc with your connections. If this is the case, then you need to go back to kinect's official site to recalibrate your connection.

Thanks a lot. You seem to be very professional. It helps a lot. I would try that later.
