Many people say that music is the food for soul, but I am opposite about it because sometimes music disturb us and we don't want to listen it. We need some peace when our soul disturb and we need some person who solve and listen our problems in short we can say that we need a true friend when we disturb. And when we talk about food for soul our mind go to pray and religious. I think music is something but not the food fro our soul. What are your opinion?

I really love music but I have to say that sometimes music makes me more nervous. As we can see everything has its two sides.

Yes, every moment is not the same. Sometimes music is definitely the food of the soul, but sometimes silence is the soul’s food. Sometimes we feel troubled and listen to music. That noise of the music makes us desire for silence. If we had not listened to the music, then we would not have desired for silence. Silence is far better than any noise. But when we listen to some music and then turn to silence, it becomes very easy to enjoy the silence.

yes music and literature, arts of all sorts, definitely food of soul, but the truth is that there's some food that don't taste good indeed, and another thing, music includes so many different products that apparently arent of same level, so the point of music being food for our spirits really comes to my mind when i come across amazing ones though

Well first, I think if some music disturbs you, you shouldn't listen to it! But I do think there's some value to the saying that music is food for the soul, because when I listen to any type of music, I can definitely feel the emotion coming from the notes and the lyrics, and it kind of takes me to a place I can only get to through music. If I'm having a bad day, listening to happy music can lift my spirits, or I might want to listen to sad or angry music to know that I'm not alone in what I am feeling. Like, if I'm sad about something and I listen to a sad song, it's almost as good as having a friend with me who understands what I'm going through because you know the artist was also feeling that emotion when they wrote the music. It's always better to talk with friends if something is bothering you, but listening to music can simply make you feel better, take your mind off of whatever your issue is, and remind you that you aren't alone.
