After a 51 years wait and several heart pain in the play off, Cardiff is finally back into the Barclays Premier League. Together with Swansea, Wales now have two teams in the league. Well done to the Bluebirds.

I am not sure that whether it is now Bluebirds or Red Dragons for Cardiff City but what matters is that they have succeeded in getting into the English Premier League finally. It is good to see a Malaysian owned team promoted to the top flight while it's sad that another Malaysian team, Queens Park Rangers, is going to be demoted at the end of the season.

One in one out I guess. If Cardiff can play attractive soccer like Swansea, then the BPL will be a better league.

Cardiff City is the best supported Welsh team and their fans are said to be quite fanatic. We will likely see a hot-blooded Welsh derby next season. Cardiff City does play attacking-football but I am not sure if they can cope well with the demand of Premiership like what Swansea City has done brilliantly. I hope they can retain Craig Bellamy who has been playing well for them.
