i am wondering when it is going to rain

because of the very hot weather these days that I am wishing to have rains soon. as long as there won't be typhoons and just normal rains, i would be happy even if i would not see sun too often . anyways , the hot weather is making people sick. i think we all need cold weather. although i don't like the cold weather that well but I will prefer to have cold weather that this extreme heat we are experiencing lately

Well here in my area of Puerto Rico its been warm during the day. However, since Monday afternoon it has been raining everyday only during the afternoon hours. Not just a little rain, downpours. Today it was actually thundering. We did need the rain but now I believe after five days of this I have had enough of it. Even though it saves us on having to water our fruits, veggies and flowers I'm tired of it. Especially since when it rains during the day the evenings are so much cooler. I wish I could send some your way.

yeah i hate when it rains also all the time that you feel that you are already freezing because of the cold weather and you don't see the sun. so i think i should still be thankful that it is sunny all the time. just that even at night when there is no more sun, it is like the heat is just like in the middle of the day. you would perspire a lot even at night. but that was last night but i think today we have better weather. it is already mid afternoon but i don't perspire now. so the weather is more bearable now

Very true! Here in Manila you wouldn't want to get out of the office during daytime. Unfortunately I sometimes go out for a meeting so it can't be helped. It is very important to take good care of our health during these times otherwise we suffer heatstroke and the likes. We all should watch our diet also.

yeah i agree it was here in manila . i am just inside the house. you are lucky you are in your job with air conditioning although you have to go out also which is the unfortunate part. anyway, our air con doesn't feel that cold but it relieves us of the feeling the heat.

oh i would love some snow i would love to put in a big box and bring it over my room and sleep on the bed of snow.

I too am longing for the rain. I do not like too much of hot weather.
There are some people who talk negative talk such as there wil be no rain this year. First of all, the heat is terrible and on top of that, these negative people are getting on my nerves.
Rainy season has its disadvantages, but the advantages are far more. The rain lashing against the windows, the fresh smell of the mud and the terrible lightning- all these make me very happy.

Today where I am we had bad storms and it was humid most of the day. Hot, sticky and rainy-YUCK! Not a nice day at all. =(

how come it is hot and yet rainy. you mean after the hot weather immediately a strong rain. that would not be good to the health or body as it can cause some fever with the sudden change of the weather.

You said it very correctly ! Hot weather makes us uneasy and irritable . As if our head will explode but good for this afternoon , it rained already. Wow ! People went out and bath in the rain while some are laughing while playing under the rain. I observed in our place , people can bear cold temperature but not hot temperature.
