I have just retired from my hospital teaching job. I loved the people I worked with. they were like family. Recently I have retired but I still see some of these people from time to time. We meet for lunch and they are so warm and friendly. I think it is important to feel like the people you work with are like since friends. I know I will be friends with these people for a long, long time.

I believe Friendship is something you acquired when you happen to be with some people and it is a good thing that even after you separate ways the memories and friendship still remains and will never be forgotten.

Hospital teacher is a difficult job, in my opinion. Of course, if one is intensely interested in such a job, then it may not be so difficult. But for me, it is not the ideal job. It is good that you loved your colleagues. Being friendly with colleagues is very important in the workplace. Otherwise, it is not possible to be happy with our job.

it's better to be their friends, rather than not. you have to spend to much of your life at work for it to be any different.
