getting rid of excess fats

Time seemed so fast. I cannot face a day without any works done. Even just cleaning my room can be good enough. Better to use these muscles to help exert fats that are not needed. Sitting down after eating can easily fatten up the stomach, lol. Just a while ago, I have opened a site for belly dancing to remove these excess fats. Its hard to move with my weight now, lol. And problem also is the clothes to wear. Seemed that they're getting so tight. OMG, help me...:)

That's true. Idleness can really fatten us up. We need to keep moving, doing something. Any activity burns calories and helps in removing those excess fats we have.

Hi! True, fats need to burned. It so disgusting to look at the unwanted fats bulged over our dress,lol. It can lower self steem and negative thinking oneself follows. I dont like to figure that out making some foolish thinking about myself. Maybe motivating oneself for a single exercise a day would do a lot for this issue. Good for you if you maintained your figgure. I just have to double my discipline in obtaining this goal.:)

aside from moving, why don't you try water therapy? have you ever read that post that circulates in FB about this? it says you have to drink 540ml of water upon waking up. it can cure lots of diseases. i've tried this and i found out i've lost weight too.
