How do u face to death?

Recently, a tragedy happened again in my country, a Class 7.0 earthquake. until now, more than 170 people were dead, others were badly injured. Although the source place is far from mine I can still feel the deep depression just like those who lost their lovers, parents and kids. I think humans have a potential inherent power to face to death bravely when they see their loved ones became dead from alive personally, they'll take pains to save them until the death comes without regard to its usefulness. How do u think, do u agree with me? or u have ur own thoughts?
