Frozen Yogurt

I have paid the ridiculous prices for frozen yogurt time and time again just to realize that even some ice creams have less calories than the frozen yogurts I'm spending so much money for. Now I've found a much cheaper and healthier alternative- actual frozen yogurt. I get the little yogurt containers, stick them in the freezer and they taste great! Anyone else have any money saving health tricks?

I have also frozen real yogurt to eat. You can also freeze grapes and strawberries,as they are a nice frozen treat. We have a big garden and I sometimes freeze berries to put them in a mixer with some sweet cream or milk and a bit of honey. oh, sooo good- better then ice cream.

I agree, honestly I prefer frozen grapes over regular grapes most of the time. And they last so much longer!!!

That's a great idea. Thanks for sharing! For me, the best money saving health tip is to drink water only whenever I eat out. Most drinks on the menu are sugared. They contain a lot of calories. Restaurants/cafes takes a bigger profit out of selling drinks, so what they serve is not really worth the money.

Anything you can buy in abundance is probably not the healthiest choice especially when it's cheaper than going the healthier route. How about making ice cream from Almond milk, Soy Milk or even coconut milk. Great idea, thanks for sharing.
