Honey as miracle fat burner? fact or myth? How to know if it is pure honey?

I was adviced by a friend to take two tablespoon of raw honey before going to bed. She said that it can burn fat while sleeping. Have you heard about it? The catch is, the honey should be raw. Commercialized honey has sugar and won't be effective as a raw honey. Almost all of the bottled honey claim that it is raw honey..pure honey and so on. How would I know whether their claim is right? Is there a rule of the thumb in testing if a bottle of honey is pure or diluted? I am thinking of giving this miracle honey a try after I got hold of pure honey.

Hi,
I like the taste of honey and I can tell one if it is the real one or not having grown up in the forest with all the wild bees around. I can't vouch for the claim, I have not taken one for a long time since I went allergic to it, I was bitten by a swarm once and that's how it started. Now, the only way to determine whether it is the real deal is to go to the forest and take it directly from the hive. It is not an easy operation but once you get the hang of it (no pun intended) it gets easy every time.

Is there a particular or peculiar taste of forest honey which I should be tasting in order to know if it is pure? I heard pure honey is not really sweet. True?

Yes even i have heard a lot about honey that it is a good fat burner and if u consume it either with water or only honey then also u can get the same effect, i know u must be confused regarding the quality of honey but i think the bottle honey can be consumed without any problem.

Hi ! One way to test if honey is pure or not is by dropping a small amount of honey in a glass full of water . Observe if honey mixes with water, if it does then it means it is not the pure honey and if they don't mix , honey remain intact then it is a pure honey. Also better buy in farm for sure honey comes from beehive and not a man made honey. Honey is so good for our system , it helps in burning our fats.
