It's funny how even the oddest person can find me very strange

This is really about a conversation I had with someone I had just met yesterday. I won't go into the details but what I got from it was that even though to me she seemed very strange, she seemed very turned off when I shared a couple sort of private things about myself. Now it wasn't like I was the only one sharing, she was too and I did find what she said just a bit strange but I would never judge too much or at least make it to the point where I would ignore someone (which she briefly did). I really am not ranting about her, it is just something I found interesting. Even though in my mind I thought our weirdness was fairly equal. It made her uncomfortable and the situation awkward. I could have very easily have let that happen after what she shared but I didn't cause I love meeting new people and giving people a chance to show what they are like. In short I just thought the respect should have been mutual, maybe she will be okay with my weirdness but sure wait and see. Anyone who has read my previous discussion will known what weirdness I am talking about.
