What does it take to be able to write about a research paper on gay marriage? I'm wondering. Somebody wants me to write a research paper on some controversial issue and from his list, I picked out gay marriage. It was an issue on the last US presidential election so I know it's really controversial. Anyway, I've been getting assignments on topics I've never considered in my entire life. But this gay marriage topic is somewhat interesting or something that will be discussed for a long, long time. I was actually thinking of getting into the fray and put my two-cents worth. And in the process, it would give a chance to practice my argumentation skills and even expand my legal knowledge. But then, I had to turn it down because it's too much work to research and write about it. So now, I'm just wondering. Oh well, I'm sure this kind of freelance work will turn up in the other much bigger freelancing sites. Maybe then, I'll get a better rate.
