I am not patient in teaching my kids !

Hi mylotters. I am a mother to 2 young girls. I have been facing this problem for quite some time. I can play with them if they want me to . I can do funny faces and crack silly jokes to make them happy. I can cook for them if they are hungry. I can bake brownies for them if they crave for it. But the big problem is I am not patient in teaching my kids in education! For example, teach them how to spell words and how to read. Oh my.. it is a heavy duty for me ! How to teach them like that when I am not as patient as a teacher? Is it ok if I leave it to their school to teach them whatever is needed ?

I feel the same. Right now my son is a grade 3 pupil. Every night I will lose temper for his homework. In fact I really want to be nice, but sometimes as you know the children really drive you crazy. I tell my son many times to try to finish his homework as soon as possible. As it will be so late to finish it until 10pm. Besides, he shall try to have a better handwriting.
