Meditation - time out for thoughts

Only 15 - even 5 minutes of meditation has a wonderful effect on our health. - It is a wonderful feeling to zone out and do not think of anything. It refreshes body, mind, and spirit. Just 15 minutes of meditation can help you to feel as if you slept for hours. Why are people not meditating more?- Why do we not teach our children in school how to meditate?-

Yes, meditation is very good for mental as well as physical health. I have been practising meditation for over ten years now. On the physical side, it has very much helped to keep my blood pressure normal.

yes ,you are right meditation is very good for health.people are not finding enough time for it in the morning .it is very difficult to focus your brain in nothing while doing meditation.
