How to keep fit after working, can you?

As is known to all, when we graduate from the university, we mean that we'll lose many things, such as walking in the playground with friends, playing football after class and staying in bedroom without doing nothing. However, when we find the first job, we have to spend much time working for it, and therefore, there will be no much tome for us to do sports or exercises to keep healthy and slim. Once my boss told me, he had gained weight a lot after working. But why, why so many people get weight after working for a short time. I confuse that situation. Although I have found a job that I love, I still don't want to gain weight. Should I be happy for finding a job or be worried about gaining weight after working.

It is hard to keep fit after 8 hours in the office. I did gain weight during my first 5 months of work too. Even if it is really hard for me to gain weight. I did try several methods before but didn't succeed but after started working for 5 months I gained 2 kg. Put on weight when you started to work not just because you don't have time to exercise but also you have money to afford more food.

thats great you found a job you love. many people can't say that. since you love your job then that could aid in keeping excess weight off since stress tends to pack on the pounds and lead to overeating. what someone does for a living can have a big impact on their weight.

I suggest cycling to and from work or walking fast. You should eat a healthy low fat packed lunch at 12 noon or a bit later. It might be lovely to dance for a few tunes in the evening. I love to do energetic dancing. It is wonderful to have dogs that need a walk before work and after work. Good luck.

This is a very good question. Actually you are right when you say when we do have jobs already, there's no more time to exercise or any other physical activities that would keep ourselves fit and healthy. This is normal, since we normally get tired after work so that makes us lazy to even have a short brisk walk. Although if we will just really find ways to do it just like other people who manage to spend a little time jogging in the morning or walking at night time or simply spend few hours in the gym. As to your question, you should be happy to have a job, perhaps a kind of job which you dreamt of. and its normal to worry about gaining more wait though there's a lot of things that you can do to avoid it. Just a little sacrifice...

yes, that I noticed when having job people normally gotten fat and some not so fat but did gain weight probably it's because they are more working on the office and buy a lot of food since it's a time that we start earning money of our own and happy to buy things from own pocket. Lucky you that you still stay the same only few I know that stays the same probably your metabolism is still the same as before that's why no weight gaining happen.

If your working schedule is tight & if you don't have time to do some physical exercises, then do some physical works during working hours like using the steps instead of using lifts and escalators.And have some walk if you feel boring & need some relaxation instead of watching television or spending time in front of computers for relaxation.Please do not hesitate to join the sporting activities in your working place if available.Last but not least avoid junk foods with high calories.Do some meditation in morning hours to refresh you from your work stress.Because weight may increase due to stress.

Take a walk around the company premises during break hour. Also try the habit of walking home instead of using your vehicle especially if your house is very close to the place of work. This is for person living just a few walk from the company. Take a deep breath and stop thinking over things you do not have control over.

There are many ways to keep fit even if you are working. The best way is to eat healthy. Stand up frequently at work. every time you take a call, stand up. Take the stairs whenever you can. Walk to and from work. During your lunch time, consider bringing a sandwich from home then eat it while taking a walk. A full time job should not hinder you from staying fit. Health should always be a priority. Good luck!

I think you gain weight when you sit for too long and don't move. It's always good to stand up or walk for a little while after you eat. It works out for me. I am lucky cuz I'm a teacher, so I don't only sit in front of my computer. I often need to move in classroom. If you still think it's hard and don't have time to do that. Just eat less for one meal and try to eat more small meals. Good luck!

Yes, I think most of people will experience weight gain after working because they do not have much time to take exercises and they tend regardless diet. If you want to maintain your weight after you are working, it is a good idea if you drink plain water than sugary water or drink green tea, avoid to eat junk foods although your friends in workplace invite you to eat them, try to use stair than lift and try to take more walking than sitting behind your table. it depends on what's your job is. Though you havea job now, it doesn't mean you 't have don't have time to working out. As for the situation that your being fat after your working, i thought is your habit to work.do u think so?
