Yes guys, i have heard most of the parents these days complaining that they r so annoyed with their kid's nutrition that they have to stay aware at each n every time. In fact my sister faces problems to handle the nutrition of her son, he keeps on munching those food that wont give any benefit to him like noodles, chips, fried stuffs, etc. She said she is always worried about his son's food habits as sometimes he takes chips at night and since he gets tired at night, he goes to bed directly which means he is skipping his dinner meals. She cannot beat him to have food properly so i had to intervene to make him understand what to eat n what to skip. This is not a special case with my sister but with most of the modern parents, i can see a lot of kids as customers at the fast food stalls or at the coffee shops which is surprising, they order burgers, sandwiches and pizzas too. I am sure those parents would be running from pillar to post to handle their kid's nutrition. unless and until kids do not eat healthy food like home cooked food or fruits n vegetables, they cannot be be expected to be strong in terms of their body n strength. What r your thoughts on this? Why is this problem happening very often nowadays? As a parent, do u also face such problem regarding your kid's food habits? Please do share your thoughts!

My kids are heavy eaters, specially the younger one. But lately, my older daughter stopped eating rice. She didn't like anything. She just kept having milk and chips. Then I switched to a good milk that promised great appetite, and fortunately, it worked. Now, she is fond of eating rice again. What's more, she started liking veggies, too. :)

I am lucky that I am not having the same problem with my kids. Maybe it is because, i was brought up in a way where both my parents thought me to eat the proper kinds of food. Although, I do admit eating to junk food when I was a kid, it never became a replacement to any of our meals. My dad has taught me and my siblings to eat vegetables and fruits and should not be picky in eating them. whatever was served on the table should be eaten. Now, if moms are experiencing problems in feeding their kids, maybe they should stop and think how their kids have come to know these unhealthy food in the first place. Incorporate in their meals a balanced diet always. And if possible, NO MORE BUYING OF JUNK FOOD every trip to the supermarket.
