Ending the era of horror, just an idea

Brian Keene, author of horror books is now starting the series "The Last Zombie, The End" This is really long and epic-length which he planned as a prose novel, but come out with the idea of comic book. This is based on the idea that - What happens after the dead die? I think this is an interesting series to read, but as the author say the entire story will run 25-30 issues, so this would be a long series.
