classmates, section mylot - are you done making your assignment as you need to answer the discussions to the reply comments made by any of us?
well, i am happy to inform you that i am almost done answering it all. i hate to see left behinds or unanswered reply comments from our dear friends here in the discussions i started. i guess, i am pledge and it is my pleasure to see member's name and comments. paying attention to what they reply is like thanking them for the exerted effort for a meaningful purpose and for replying just because. for me also, it is a sign of gratitude even we say that is the trend here, to post discussion and to participate to anyone's. also, it is a little accomplishment and fulfillment for myself that somehow, someone is attracted and could relate with your topic or story. and if they do, it would be so blissful that somehow they get the gist of what you started (discussion/reply comments)
i called it like an assignment, it is because even if we are not oblige to reply, it is still proper to pay attention like we care. this could be done by answering back the reply comments they initiated :) to say, it is not easy where to get the idea for doing it because most of the comments have the same thought and it is so redundant if we kept on answering what you already answered. i guess, you can expound by telling your experiences about the matter or whatsoever.
ahmm... are you like this - that even if there are numerous individuals who participated in your discussion, you are willing to reply back by posting some comments as well? so what is mylot for you?

myLot is a nice place to do homework yes.
All are friendly enough here, and there is a myriad of topics you can choose.
No one telling you which ones you have to.

haha! it is like our own school, yes and i was mistaken when i said we are in section mylot. it should be mylot as our school or institution. and every interest is our section. lots of topics are present here. so it is impossible if we cannot select our own interest to choose from the list given to us and also we can edit and add if we want to. so thanks to mylot

I try my best to answer all replies. There are times I might be real late though. I do have a couple of other sites that I need to get caught up on. They aren't as easy to work with as myLot is. That makes a big difference to me. I am even trying to go back to post that I missed the day before while I am here. Makes me feel good.

oh yes, likewise here - but i must admit that there are reply comments from two or three discussions i started that i weren't be able to make replies. because, it makes me tired really and made me so lazy to comment back or it is because i am running out of ideas what to say. on the other hand, i am giving my very best to be updated and could reply to reply comments made by all of you :)

I agree that this is like doing some assignments given by my favorite teacher. Thereby I'm obliged to answer it. In mylot I'm obliged to answer to have an interaction with some of the folk here and not to forget the monetary incentive. Thanks. Good luck

ah huh! when we are receiving grades after complying you assignment in the school by your teacher, here in mylot, when we do, you will receive additional incentives by meriting your earnings by adding a few cents to it. i am excited as i can be when the day/night is over because i would like how much do i earn for the day. it is my motivation to participate here more. so thanks to mylot admins who are our teachers :)

yes, what is common is that sometimes chances are given to us by our teacher which question we would like to answer, though it happens rarely and unlike here in mylot, the choice is all yours. it is up to you what topic would you like to participate with. it is okay if you will not participate but of course with the expectation that you will not earn when you are not participating :P so be it :)

I also think that discussions are just like assignments and we should try our best to reply to the discussions. I think it is good to replay to the quality discussions. I do not start lot of discussions every day and I start discussions when I am in good mood. I think it is always good to comment on discussions and commenting makes the discussions carry on.

as what the admin taught as to do so and became the advises of the members here; make your discussion a quality one. i guess, one of our responsibility to be good and do our part. in this way, we are helping mylot community grow to something useful and valuable purposes :)

I appreciate your idea of equating mylot discussions and our comments thereon like an assignment. It is always desireable to post our comments on the discussions started by us. I try my best to post my comments on the responses received. I cannot comment on many responses, therefore, I start limited discussions.

and i am glad also dpk that you appreciated this idea. it is because like in education, it offered lots of privileges to those students who cannot come to school always because of some reasons. like here in mylot, we were given a chance to be absent and update ourselves to what happened in the past few days and catch up and make up. we are so lucky to have ourselves to here and a member of this site. so let us do our part as a good student and follow the rules and regulations as well :)

of course, there are a special course for you. so do not worry, everyone will understand you. there are times that i may not be able to come here and participate because of any various reasons but if not busy or in the mood already, i will come back here and do the catching up. that is how things going here in mylot. not all of us here can do the full pledge task but it is alright, mylot is eager to wait for us.

If one seriously considers this site to be a discussion site I don't think we need to post countless topics as just a few would be sufficient to have a real discussion. Most responses end with just a comment sadly. Other users could also join in and make it a true discussion.

I think this is the reason why you become one of my short listed and most frequent nice friend in myLot. By participating in myLot for the last 3-4 years, I got a short listed member of 5-7 and you are one among them. The reason is obviously, you know, the people interaction and the way we talk to people and the way they interact and communicate. People respect and value each other and such relations will go on. Though we all don't know each other, but having a long time relationship and good friendship through myLot and people here maintaining a particular standards by repecting each other will remain for ever and I think that may be the reason why, I will feel so happy whenever I find a response coment to our comments. I have noticed that you always particular to comment on others comments and everyone's comments that we take part.
In fact this is the life blookd of myLot and I think very few people got recognized the fact. Though I am in office and busy on other works, I find few minuits to respond back to the friends here and atleast 2-3 rounds of discusison with a satifactory talk will end up and will turn to the different topic.
Nice to talk to you and you come up with a pleasing discussion and whatever you mentioned here are true for me tooooooo!

i am happy that you included me in your shortlist friend. i agree with you that friendship requires respect with one another. show little affection even we only met in virtual world. engaging yourself in this site is a choice to make and a passion where you are expressing your thoughts through writing. well, that is what mylot is commending us to do. we take part and do our best to contribute what do we have to make this site a meaningful one. so thanks :)

I like the idea that you relate the discussion like an assignment. Well, that might be because it is in written form. But if it was a live one, then it might just like a classroom discussion wherein the students and the professor will interact with each other.
I would personally do my best to give quality responses to those discussions that I could relate in the same way that whoever make a response to my discussion can be assured to get a feedback from me. When I started a discussion I am happy to receive several responses and it is but necessary to give our feedback. Yes this is one way of recognizing the effort made by other members and friends.

Yeah, it is fun having assignments here. I enjoy that MyLot is the best place for discussions and so far I am satisfied with my participation in delivering my assignment too

oh that is good to hear classmate emily. it is really satisfying when are all done answering our assignment and pass all of it to our professors. very relieving to the feeling when are done doing it and then we do not have anything to think of for the tasks are finished already. then what else to do is that, we well find another discussion to participate with or yet we will post our own. should prepare ourselves, maybe we are lucky enough to garner many responders to our discussions we started :)

You are right, there are a lot of assignments awaiting us to do. If we could cope up with it that will be the best . If otherwise, it is better to reduce our assignment and do it within our ability. As incomplete assignment will not give us a peace of mind

Yeah you're right ... infact, posting here in mylot is just a rquirement in our english subject ..
and it was a year ago.. so there's no need for me to use mylot... but i'm still here.. posting and responding =) and i think out of my 40 classmates, i'm the only one left whose using mylot .. i think they already forgotten their user accounts ..
