Most Anime fan have this Assumption that Son Goku is the most powerful Anme character while Superman is the most powerful Superhero.
There is an Manga/anime character that can defeat Goku ,Gogeta, Superman that you never expect because this character's fighting style is not as brutal or violent.
Goku can destroy planets, Superman can destroy a galaxy but this character can destroy a Multiverse based on official canonical powers alone.
This character can destroy souls,This character is Faster than the speed of light, Can stop time, Have a defense that can block planet destroying attacks,This character have infinite source of energy.This character can also resurrect people and create galaxies.
( Goku does run out of power and Superman relies on the sun)
This character is also popular to perverted old Japanese businesman who wants to see panties.
This character is:
Eternal Sailormoon,Well Goku and Superman can beat Regular Sailormoon but apparently her Eternal form literally a God.
This makes me think. It doesnt really matter how strong or powerful a character is, what matter is how likable, cool and entertaining they were. This make me realize, characters who are uber powerful are not likable. Eternal Sailormoon is like the Mother of all Mary Sues and Cannon Sues.
Who would have thought that this character is more Powerful than Son Goku and Superman?

I cant think of any anime characters who can beat her but these characters who are not from Anime,that might be able to defeat her.
Spawn- He killed Both the Devil and also killed God,
Kratos- He kills Gods of the Greek Mythology
Phoenix from X-men- She eats Stars for breakfast,lunch and dinner, always Resurrection from dead.
Shuma Gorath (a Marvel super villain) He eats dimensions for breakfast. he have to be on his dimension though, he is weak outside his dimension.

Do you know Any anime character who have the power to defeat Mary sues? Seemed like the most powerful characters made are American made.

These overly powerful characters are exaggerated. And this is done on purpose so that people will tune in to their show more.
Like I said before, it doesn't matter who is the strongest and who can swallow planets and kill God. Because this doesn't make them strong as a character. A strong character, I think, is someone who sticks to his principles, does what's right, courageous, helps others, pure-hearted. Even a character that doesn't have such powers can be one amongst the strongest characters ever made.
I'm thinking another powerful character from the world of anime is Clow from card captor sakura and tsubasa, but I'm not sure how strong he is.
You are right that eternal sailormoon don't seem interesting or strong despite the godly things she is capable of.
I like Goku because he cares for those who are weak and values the lives of innocent above his. Superman is the same. Really, having both strong good guys fight each other would be our loss. We need all the strong good guys around. it would be a pity to have them kill each other hahaha.

Apparently Saint Seiya characters are said to be the most powerful Anime character lore in existence,as in a single character from that Anime can kill the Whole Dragonball Z roster but their design, I cant stand it. I mean Pretty boys in sparkly metallic

Since Sailormoon is more Powerful than Goku at this moment, I hope they will add hand to hand combat(also more panty shots) on her upcoming reboot. So they can justice her powers now.
Goku's power might reach Universe destroying level if the plan to retcon GT and continue DBZ comes in fruitition but Making a Mary sue might ruin him. I mean people hate Mary Sues nowadays. So there might be no need to make Goku into a Universe destroyer.

apparently people hated GT and its not canon because its not created by Toriyama. Toriyama himself is very vocal on how much he hate GT (I will prefer GT over the Hollywood adoptation with Geeky Caucasian Goku though) so he is considering to continue Dragonball Z and delete GT out of its existence.
Her Manga version is actually serious and Merciless but they lighten her up in anime adaptation. I think they really need to add hand to hand combat on the reboot to make us take her more seriously and her villain monsters should not be 1 shot. Make them last 3 episodes at least.
I think Saint Seiya characters are taken seriously ,I just cant stomach their designs.
a Character that is stronger than DBZ Universe that i taken seriously is Dark Schneider from B@stard! That manga is really good but the anime adaptation is unfinished and didnt give the lore justice.

Saint Seiya. I've heard of it before. Haha, that sounds funny with the lady gaga armor costumes! Regardless of what those characters are capable of, if they are not taken seriously, then they are not worth that much.
A strong character, I measure not by their powers only, but the influence and impression they have on people of the real world.
I find it hard to share any enthusiasm about panty shots since i am a girl. But oh well, I just wish they give justice to sailormoons character. Back then, I thought she was cool, but now that I have grown up, I think she's just a hopeless romantic girl who is very emotional. Is she useless without her boyfriend? I hope not, because as regular sailormoon, I don't find her likable either.

I am not quite familiar with Eternal Sailormoon but I know the regular Sailormoon. Now, I personally think Goku is the most powerful anime character (haha, he's my favorite )

actually he is not, but he is pretty much popular. basically Sailormoon's eternal form (it has wings) can stop and control time, destroy and create universe and warp reality. Goku never defeated any universal threat. Dragonball just have the best fight scenes. we just cant judge the powers of an anime characters based on the violence of their show.
Anyway the strongest Anime character are from Saint Seiya ( I cant stomach to watch it though because the design of the characters is just ugggh)
Goku didnt even made the top 10 most powerful anime characters, his power level can only destroy a planet but there are characters who can destroy Universes and galaxies like Dark Schneider (he is not likable though,so still prefer Goku)
